Ed and Bobby Anne Smith celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Saturday, April 9, 2011, with an open house for family at the Seneca County Fairgrounds.
They were married April 13, 1951, in Walnut Ridge, Ark.
Ed is the son of the late Robert W. Smith and Lucille Presler Hiser. He is retired from American Standard.
Bobby Anne is the daughter of the late Robert and Ester Remsberg and Pauline Reed Riffice. She is a homemaker.
They are parents of six children, Ed Smith of Fremont, Jeff Smith of Adrian, Mich., Doug Smith of Okeechobee, Fla., Wes Smith and Bobby Lu Smith of Tiffin and Cayce Smith of Melmore. Nineteen grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren complete their family.
