Roger Bostdorff, president of B2B Sales Boost, is speak at the monthly Tiffin Area Chamber of Commerce member meeting Tuesday.
The meeting is to take place at the Chamber's new headquarters, 19 W. Market St. The public is welcome to attend the meeting and the 11:30 a.m. lunch, which is to cost $10.
Bostdorff spent more than 30 years with IBM in sales and sales management prior to forming B2B Sales Boost, a consulting company helping organizations improve their sales and overall business processes.
His presentation, "The Gameplan for Creating and Sustaining a Successful Business," is to be an interactive briefing to focus on the five-step closed-loop process approach to business.
Topics are to include human resources, customer service, motivation, sales production, leadership, production, marketing and customer satisfaction.
