Shelly Ziegler of Melmore and Marc Frisch of Tiffin have announced their engagment and approaching wedding.
The bride is the daughter of Patricia J. Winkler of Tiffin and the late Richard Winkler. She graduated from Columbian High School in 1984 and from Bowling Green Area School of Practical Nursing in 1991. She is a home care nurse and also works as a housekeeper at Harrison-Price Insurance.
Her fiance is the son of Wilfred and Lois Frisch of Fostoria and the late Joan Frisch. He graduated from Columbian High School in 1983 and is a receiving clerk and delivery driver for Mohawk Supply.
