A representative from the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging Inc. is to be at Tiffin Salvation Army Food Pantry, 505 E. Market St.,Tiffin, at 1:30-3 p.m. Tuesday to assist individuals age 60 and older with the Home Energy Assistance Program application and answer questions.
