Tiffin City's brush and compost facility at 961 N. Water St. is to reopen Tuesday. The facility is to be open 7:30 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. daily.
The service is for Tiffin residents only and commercial haulers are prohibited. The south side compost area is for tree leaves only; all other allowable items should be placed in the brush area on the north side. People who drop off leaves should take their bags with them.
