A woman was listed in fair condition at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo Wednesday evening after a crash north of Tiffin that afternoon.
Lois M. McQuistion, 48, of Tiffin, was transported by Life Flight from the scene of the accident at CR 38 and TR 73.
Trooper Matt Davis of the Fremont post of the State Highway Patrol said McQuistion was driving a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro northbound on TR 73 when she failed to yield at the stop sign. She pulled out in front of 1991 Honda Accord being driven eastbound on CR 38 by Stephen O. Nye, 62, of Green Springs, he said.
CR 38, TR 73 accident
The Honda Accord struck the Chevrolet Camaro, Davis said.
Davis said Nye, who was not transported to the hospital, was wearing a seat belt. He said he did not believe McQuistion was wearing a seat belt.
No citations had been issued as of Wednesday evening.
