Jim and Kay Jones celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. A trip is planned for a later date.
They were married Jan. 7, 1961, in the parsonage of Rev. Boyer.
Kay is the daughter of the late Pete and Polly Leister. She retired as secretary for Bloomville School.

Jim is the son of Mercedes Jones and the late Oscar Jones. He is retired from National Machinery Co. and farming.
They are the parents of two children, Terri (Kevin) Wright of Bloomville and the late Tami Jones, and they have two grandchildren.
