Candi Hogan (left), a volunteer for Seneca County Agency Transportation, and Linda Good, SCAT's director, serve chili during the annual chili cook-off at Tiffin Middle School Tuesday evening. Eleven teams competed in the event. For the second year in a row, the winner of the cook-off was Heidelberg University, and the winner of People's Choice Award was GW's Fine Food and Spirits. During the Community in Jeopardy game that followed the cook-off, the student team defeated the community team, which was made up of parents and teachers.
