Dominic and Rita Ranieri celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, that included a nuptial blessing and renewal of vows. The Rev. Joseph Szybka was the officiant. A dinner with family and friends followed in the upper room of St. Joseph Activity Center.
The couple was married Oct. 21, 1950, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, by the Rev. R. Seitz.
Dominic is self-employed as a certified public accountant.

They have seven children: Jane (William) Ranieri-Phillips of Toledo, Paul (Lynn) Ranieri of Muncie, Ind., Christopher (Susan) Ranieri of Tiffin, Gerard (Mary Beth) Ranieri of Woodbridge, Va., Maria (Terry) Robinson of Ruther Glen, Va., Anthony (Amy) Ranieri of San Antonio, Texas, and Dominic, who is deceased. They also have 14 grandchildren, one of whom is deceased; nine great-grandchildren; and one stepgrandchild.
