FOSTORIA - A collection of photographs by Skip Schiel of Cambridge, Mass., is on exhibit through mid-October at the Fostoria Community Arts Council gallery.
"Gaza is Home to One and One-Half Million Human Beings: How Do They Live?" is featured in conjunction with the Tiffin Area Pax Christi and FCAC.
Schiel also is to be the opening presenter at the Oct. 23 one-day conference "Israel/Palestine: Pathways to Peace," in the Elizabeth Schaefer Auditorium, 190 St. Francis Ave., Tiffin. The photographer is to speak on "The Matrix of Control" and "The Hydropolitics of Israel and Palestine."
