Rev. Richard and Mardelle Barrell celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family party July 30, 2010, at
East Harbor State Park.
The Barrells were married Aug. 13, 1950.

Richard is a retired minister and the former Mardelle Fretz
retired as a teacher.
They are parents of three children, Debra, who is deceased, and Glen (Cheryl) Barrell and Cindy (Jim) Voorhees of Republic.
Six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren (with two on the way) complete the family.
