The Asian Grill Buffet restaurant in front of Cinemark movie theaters at the Tiffin Mall is scheduled to open before the end of August.
Owner Allen Chen said construction crews are putting the final touches on the inside of the restaurant.
"We have over 100 items every day," Chen said. "We have a lot of choice and it's all included in one price."

Chen, a franchise owner in the chain of similar restaurants in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana, said he chose Tiffin because space was available.
"We have a team to look around for space to open restaurants," he said.
Other Ohio Asian Buffets can be found in Defiance, Bellefontaine and Columbus.
"We offer general Asian-style Chinese food," Chen said. "We also offer American-style food such as mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, roast beef and steak."
Diners can choose sushi, or they can choose hibachi, where they fill a bowl with their choices of raw meat, seafood, vegetables and sauces. The food is then grilled to order on a hibachi grill.
Cost of the buffet is $5.99 for lunch and $8.99 for dinner. Senior citizens ages 60 and older get a 10 percent discount. Children ages 7-10 are $2.99, ages 3-6 are $1.99, and kids younger than 3 eat free.
If they wish, customers may order from a menu.
"We have many different choices for people of all ages," Chen said. "So if you come in with a group or a family, they'll be able to find what they need here. If they have a special diet or don't eat meat, or if they're looking for American-type food, they can find that too.
"We have lots of low-calorie and special food for people who are diabetic," he said. "Or we can make it for them."
Chen said the restaurant provides special foods for holidays such as Mother's Day, Christmas and Thanksgiving.
"And holidays really," he said.
"Not only do we provide foods for everybody, but we also take comments from all of our customers about food, service, environment and staff," Chen said. "We welcome suggestions. It's the only way we can make it better to serve everybody else."
Carryouts are available. Customers can choose from the lunch buffet by the pound for a maximum cost $5.99 or dinner buffet for $8.99.
The food is weighed and the cost may be less, he said.
"So that way, customers will have a way to pick what they need right away instead of waiting," Chen said.
Hours are 10:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 10:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
