Michael B. and Susanne M. Lange will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Aug. 27, 1960, at St. Clare de Montefalco Catholic Church, Grosse Pointe, Mich.
Susanne is the daughter of the late Paul and Anna Mae Gerhardstein. She taught at Lakeview High School in St. Clair Shores, Mich., before moving to Tiffin in 1963. She has been a legal secretary for 32 years for her husband and daughter, Anne.
Mike is the son of the late Gilmore and Ruth Lange. He is an attorney and the senior partner at Lange, DeVine and Claus LLC, Tiffin.
They are parents of seven children, John Lange, Mimi (Tom) Johnston, Anne Lange (Derek) DeVine, Jeanne (Robert) Ashworth, Michelle Lange, Kathleen Lange and Anthony (Jenny) Lange, and also have eight grandchildren.
The extended family enjoyed a weeklong
vacation in Saugatuck, Mich., to celebrate the anniversary.
