The bride is the daughter of Alfonso Garcia Jr. of Toledo and Carolyn and Vance Millis of Bayview.
The bridegroom is the son of Paul Elchert Jr. of Tiffin and Renee and Ron Williams of Old Fort.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Old Fort High School and a 2009 graduate of Owens Community College with a degree in turfgrass management. He is employed at Jupiter Hills Club in Jupiter, Fla.
They honeymooned at the Dreams Resort in Cancun, Mexico, and now reside in Jupiter, Fla.
