M.L. Advertising and Design LLC has purchased select assets of Dell's Precision Printing and has agreed to continue its relationship with Steve Dell, former owner.
Dell's closed its 450 E. Market St. office Friday after nearly 30 years of providing printing services to businesses throughout northwest Ohio.
"We have used Dell's Precision Printing for the past 10 years and their unrivaled quality played a big part in our decision to acquire them," Mark Levans said in a statement. "We're excited to meet the customers and begin building relationships."
Steve and Ann Dell approached owners Mark and Cyndy Levans with the idea of transferring Dell's customers to M.L. Advertising. They thought their commitment to quality, customer service and business ethics mirrors MLAD and felt this was the best decision.
"The economy has changed our business so quickly that we looked for a partner to assist us and to service our friends and customers," Steve Dell said. "We approached M.L. Advertising and Design about our situation and we know our customers will receive the very best quality and service at the same price that we've provided for years."
Dell is to work out of the 185 Jefferson St. location to provide customer service and support to current Dell's customers to provide a smooth transition. All past job files, databases and project information are being transferred to MLAD.
