Tiffin reports

n William G. Houck, 50, of Tiffin, was arrested Monday morning for disorderly conduct.

n A woman came into the station Monday afternoon to report her purse was taken from her car over the weekend in the first block of Teakwood Drive.

n An adult was arrested Monday afternoon after a caller from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported a shoplifter.

n An adult was arrested Monday afternoon after a caller from Sandusky Valley Center, 67 St. Francis Ave., reported a student left school without permission.

n A security officer from Heidelberg University reported Monday afternoon three pairs of shoes were stolen from a dorm room sometime Sunday.

n A theft from a purse was reported Monday afternoon in the 400 block of West Market Street.

County reports

n A 6400-block North SR 53 woman reported Monday afternoon her boyfriend beat her Sunday night and took her house key, an Xbox, games and money.

n A man came into the station early Tuesday morning to report the door to a building on West SR 18 was open and a crowbar was on the ground. The building was checked and everything was OK.

n A 2300-block North TR 123 man reported Tuesday morning his gas pump had been broken into.

Fostoria reports

n A 100-block East Fourth Street woman reported Monday afternoon she had been getting threatening messages from an unknown subject for about a month.

n Joshua V. Garner was arrested Tuesday morning on an active warrant.

n Police arrested Megan M. Watson Tuesday morning on a warrant.

Tiffin accidents

n A first-block East Perry Street person reported Monday afternoon a trash hauler hit a building.

n An accident was reported Monday night at East Market and Jefferson streets. According to the report, a person was issued a citation. Further details were not available.

Fostoria accidents

n A 100-block Elm Street woman reported Monday afternoon her daughter was struck by an SUV while crossing a crosswalk at school. The girl was not injured, but the SUV didn't stop following the accident.

n A non-injury accident was reported Tuesday morning at South Springville Avenue and East Lytle Street.

State highway patrol

n A two-vehicle non-injury accident was reported Monday evening on South CR 7, south of US 224.

Tiffin fire/EMS

n Firefighters were called out Monday afternoon to 30 Lewis St. for a carbon monoxide detector activation due to a malfunction.

n EMS squads were called out Monday night to a traffic accident. Five people were transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.

n Firefighters were called out early Tuesday morning to Ohio Avenue and Hunter Street to assist police.

n An EMS squad transported a person to Mercy Tiffin Hospital Tuesday morning for an ingestion/poisoning.

n An EMS squad transported a stroke victim to Mercy Tiffin Hospital Tuesday morning.

n An EMS squad transported an ill person to Mercy Tiffin Hospital Tuesday morning.

n An EMS squad transported a person to Fostoria Community Hospital Monday night.

n EMS squads transported two people to Fostoria Community Hospital Tuesday morning on separate calls.

n An EMS squad was called out Tuesday morning. There was no transport.
