Mary Ann Loverich

Mary Ann Loverich, 93, of Upper Sandusky, died Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at her home.

Born Feb. 4, 1916, in Salem Township, she was the daughter of Leo Sr. and Frances (Haubert) Brodman. She married Bernard A. Loverich June 24, 1939, at St. Joseph Church of Salem, and he died in July 1991.

Mrs. Loverich is survived by five children, Sue Ann (David) Hoepf of Upper Sandusky, Eugene (Donna) Loverich of Flagstaff, Ariz., Joyce (Dennis) Trease of Lexington, Ky., and John (Sheila) Loverich and Robert Loverich of Upper Sandusky; 21 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, with four more expected; and six siblings, Isabelle Brodman of Carey, Dolores Mathias of New Riegel, Leo Brodman Jr. of Napoleon, Herman Brodman of Carey, Marcella Molyet of Fremont and Sister Donna Louise Brodman O.P. of Connecticut.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Joseph Loverich; a grandson; her twin sister, Martha Gillig; a sister, Rose Mathias; and three brothers, Louis, Leonard and Bernard Brodman.

A Mass of Christian burial will begin 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009, at St. Peter Catholic Church, Upper Sandusky, con-celebrated by the Revs. Bob Dendinger and Frederick Schill, and assisted by Deacon James Perry. Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery in Upper Sandusky.

Visitation will be 9:30-10:45 a.m. Wednesday, with the rosary being said at 9:10 a.m., all at the church. Everyone is invited to join the family for lunch and tributes at St. Peter School following the burial.

Memorials may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church, St. Peter School Endowment Fund, Hospice of Wyandot County, Wyandot County Right to Life or to a charity of the donor's choice in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home, 226 E. Wyandot Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
