Sycamore UMC hits rewind again ... and again
Sycamore United Methodist Church has become known for its traveling drama "Old Testament Rewind."
The church's drama team has attended about 40 area churches while presenting this program.
Due to the success of the current program, the church's group added additional skits and programs to its repertoire.
The drama team now offers "New Testament Rewind" and a skit depicting the different personalities in the church called "Church Ladies."
In addition to the featured performances the church offers, Sandy Glassock, a group member, is offering programs for ladies groups, retreats, seminar's and Mothers Of Preschoolers groups.
A popular program this time of year, Glassock said, is called "Praying through your Jesus bracelet," a hands-on program teaching others how to make the Jesus Bracelet, use it in prayer time and evangelize with it.
Jesus Bracelet's, have been a successful fund-raiser for the Sycamore UMC, Glassock said.
As a speaker, Glassock also is available for luncheons, Bible Study meetings and other functions.
