Tasha Mowery

Tasha Marie Mowery, 15, of Lucasville and formerly of Bellevue, died July 18, 2009, in a car accident.

She was born July 18, 1994, in Fremont, the daughter of Jessie Vargas and Cheryl Starr.

She is survived by her father, Jessie Vargas of Green Springs; mother Cheryl Starr of Lucasville; stepfather, Travis Starr of Bellevue; stepfather, Jimmy Mutter of Lucasville; stepmother, Kendra Vargas of Green Springs; maternal grandparents, Colby and Linda Mowery of Bellevue; paternal grandmother, Tomassa Vargas of Clyde; stepgrandparents, Bill and Rita Starr of Ironton, Anna Smith of Bellevue and Lottie and Ray Cook of Lucasville; and three half-brothers and four half-sisters.

Friends will be received 2-8 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2009, at Foos-Klein Funeral Home, 318 S. Main St., Clyde, OH 43410.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2009, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Butternut Ridge Cemetery.
