Great job, students

Congratulations to every team and student from Vanguard-Sentinel Career Canters who competed in the naitonal SkillsUSA competition last week. Each placed eighth or better.

Aaron Burrow, Technology Center; Tyler Hicks, Sentinel; and Matthew Wertz, Sentinel, all received silver medals for second-place finishes.

Antony Constantini and Jarrod Nichols, who made up Tech Center's mechatronics team, placed sixth.

Sentinel's chapter display team of John Fonseca, Daniel Ranieri and Ashlee Schleter placed seventh. Amanda Clouse, Sentinel, who competed in the job skills demonstration "A" contest, also placed seventh. Tech Center's entrepreneurship team of Elizabeth Ellenberger, Mallory Lopez, Janet Michael and Veronica Minzer placed seventh.

Sentinel's health knowledge bowl team of Tessa Clouse, Angela Kelbley, Brittany Narlock and Paul Satyanathan placed eighth.
