County reports

* An East SR 18 woman reported Tuesday afternoon she thought someone cut her car tire.

* A Bloomville resident requested Tuesday evening a Bloomville officer contact her regarding someone throwing rocks at her house.

* A 1600-block South SR 53 man reported Wednesday afternoon the theft of oxycodone. The substance later was returned.

* A woman reported Thursday morning a rear window broken at Brook Park Estates.

* A person reported a breaking and entering at Soni Junction, 2860 S. US 23, Thursday morning. The person found glass doors shattered.

* A person reported Thursday morning vandalism to a rear windshield in the 2400 block of South TR 119.

Fostoria reports

* A woman reported her sister's apartment broken into Tuesday evening.

* A 400-block South Poplar Street woman reported Wednesday evening her child's father returned their child, and his girlfriend admitted to hitting the 8-year-old child.

* Police responded to a breaking and entering at Verizon Cellular Central, 701 S. Poplar St., Wednesday evening. According to a report, a caller reported three males, in all black and black ski masks, were in the store. They left and left the door open.

* A 300-block East Fremont Street woman reported Wednesday night being choked and hit by her baby's father. She was able to gather her belongings and leave for the night.

* The Seneca County Sheriff's Office requested police respond to a large domestic fight until a deputy arrived in the 1100 block of Stoner Road early Thursday morning. There were no weapons.

* Patrick D. Boehler was cited for failure to yield from a private drive following an accident Tuesday evening in the 400 block of South Sandusky Street.

* A vehicle hit a guard rail on the hill in the 100 block of Summit Street Tuesday night.

* A vehicle struck a pole in the 200 block of Hedges Street Wednesday evening. There were no injuries.

* A non-injury accident was reported Wednesday evening on South Washington and Gibson streets.

* A non-injury accident was reported on West Market Street Wednesday evening.

* A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported in the 200 block of West Market Street Wednesday evening.

* A 300-block West Market Street woman reported Wednesday evening a vehicle hit a one-way sign and a trash hauler.

* A person was cited with failure to yield after an accident on Miami and South Sandusky streets Wednesday evening.

Fostoria accidents

* A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported Tuesday evening at North Union and West Jackson streets.

* A person reported Tuesday night a city truck struck another vehicle at East Tiffin and South Cadwallader streets.

* A car struck a pole Tuesday night at East High and North Poplar streets.

* Michael J. Dumonte, 38, 28 Gail Lane, Tiffin, was cited with a red light violation after an accident Monday afternoon at West South and South Union streets. Chelega L. Schube, 20, 516 S. Union St., was the other driver and was transported. Her passengers, Chloe Schube and Canyden Schube, both 2 years old and of 516 S. Union St., were taken to Fostoria Community Hospital.

* Cindy S. Pinckley-Wolph, 45, 308 Independence Ave., was cited with operating without reasonable control after an accident in the 100 block of North Vine Street Tuesday morning.

* The street department reported it had been in an accident in the 800 block of Eastern Avenue Tuesday night. There were no injuries.

* Several vehicles were reported in ditches along US 224 Tuesday evening.

* A woman reported Tuesday evening she rolled her car several times on CR 15.
