County commissioners have light agenda for Monday

The Seneca County commissioners are expected to consider a resolution Monday to establish the Emergency Management Agency Attica Communications Project fund.

The new EMA fund is to pay for a new communications tower in Attica to improve emergency communications in the southeast quadrant of the county.

In another matter, the commissioners are expected to consider a resolution to enter into an agreement with Buckeye IT Services for countywide IT services.

The board is expected to consider a resolution appointing board president Dave Sauber to the WSOS Community Action Commission for a one-year term commencing Jan. 1.

The board is to consider a resolution rescinding a previous board order for the concealed carry weapon fund.

The board is to consider financial matters as follows:

* A supplemental appropriation of $102,182 to the Seneca County employees health insurance fund for claims.

* Supplemental appropriation decreases totaling $10,998 to the community development block grant fund.

* A supplemental appropriation decrease of $25,498 for the sewer district fund.

* Supplemental appropriation decreases totaling $248,347 for the Community Housing Improvement Program fund.

* Supplemental appropriation decreases totaling $74,400 for the CDBG fund.

* A supplemental appropriation decrease of $19,343 for the Safe Havens supervised visitation grant fund.

* An appropriation adjustment of $28,300 within the general fund from Public Employees Retirement to salaries.

* An appropriation adjustment of $98 within the general fund from legal services to salaries.

* A fund advance repayment of $500 from the public safety rental fund to the general fund.

* A fund advance repayment of $8,000 from the sheriff highway safety grant fund to the general fund.

* A fund advance repayment of $20,000 from the EMA fund to the general fund.

* A fund advance repayment of $10,000 to the general fund from the flexible spending account.
