A matter of perspective
Odd. Unusual. Out-of-the-ordinary. Different. Original. Unique. They’re all in the pages of this magazine. Over the last few months, as we were taking photos, spending time with the story subjects, doing interviews and gathering information, we found something interesting. The people we talked to don’t really see what they do as all that odd. Or unusual. Or different. “I’m still learning something every day,” says clock repair man Ken Hoover. “I want them to get their money’s worth,” says tattoo artist Jim Cook. “It’s going to be on you for the rest of your life.
