December 2, 2010 - Al Stephenson
I watched the whole thing. It was not easy as I was ready to switch to anything else because I am not much of an NBA fan. But this was the return of LeBron and I wanted to see how Cleveland fans would respond.

What I witnessed (sorry, couldn't help it) was about what I thought I would see. Plenty of boos, some nifty signs and one very vocal barnyard chant directed at the man that broke many Cleveland hearts. As most of you know, it was the way he left Cleveland that had many upset. Then again, had he left with class many would still be disappointed. Loyalty? Not much in the professional sports business.

The best sign? "We are not very fond of LeBron" The best chant? "Akron Hates You" The worst part of the night? The Cavs are awful without him and that will not change anytime soon. The best part of the night? I can go back to ignoring the NBA.

The view from my seat suggests that we can get back to our lives now. One more thing. No one ever said he couldn't play!
