The ticket is to be in Toledo for a rally this evening. • As the GOP bus tour stops in Toledo, the Lucas County treasurer -- a Democrat -- plans to host a press conference with supporters. • A high wind warning is in effect today for the state's western half because of possible gusts near 60 mph. The weather service says if severe thunderstorms develop, they could produce gusts up to 70 mph. Coincidence? I hope so, because former President Bill Clinton and Vice President Joe Biden are to be in Ohio to rally support for Gov. Ted Strickland this weekend.
