Heidelberg baseball clinches OAC outright

By virtue of Heidelberg's 5-3 win in the first game of a doubleheader with John Carroll, Heidelberg has won the Ohio Athletic Conference regular season title.

That means that for the third consecutive year, the road to the Division III regionals will run through Tiffin. Heidelberg will host the OAC Tournament, which begins Thursday.

Also, Tiffin's softball team was eliminated from the GLIAC Tournament, following a 2-1 loss to Grand Valley State.
