Vote for Mental Health and Recovery levy
As a 32-year resident of Tiffin who was raised in Fostoria, I’m currently serving my second term as your state representative, representing the 88th Ohio House District. Through my work as a state representative, I have come to realize and understand the depth to which mental health and addiction challenges are plaguing our community and the state of Ohio. Unfortunately, Seneca County is not immune to this scourge.
As a Seneca County resident, I’ve been impressed by the way the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board plans, implements and brings its programs to the residents of Seneca County in a cost-effective and transparent manner. The mental health board not only ensures services are available to residents, but also continuously seeks additional federal and state resources for our community. The board understands the importance of availability of treatment services and understands the need for education and recovery support services.
I am proud to be supportive of this impressive group of public servants. I would like to thank them for their continued effort to improve the mental health of the residents of our county and encourage you to support them as well. Please do so by voting “yes” for the Mental Health and Recovery Levy!
