Stop signs removed

Traveling down Greenfield Street, I noticed the stops signs at Hedges Street on Greenfield were removed.

The crosswalks were painted on all sides of the intersection, but with the stop signs removed, there is a greater risk of students crossing in front of moving traffic.

It is bad enough with students crossing in front of moving traffic mid-block on Greenfield Street, but now the intersection is going to be more dangerous.

There is a lot of truck traffic from National Machinery. These trucks can’t stop on a dime or when a student decides to cross in front of it. I have seen this happen a lot and I believe this is asking for trouble.
