Your dash of life, so small, so significant to most, so fragile and so amazing. For six months, I held you safe in my womb, but my body was weak and you just came too soon. You fought for six days to show us your strength. We are amazed by your life no matter what the length. Thank you, baby girl, for fighting that long. Now that you’ve gone, you don’t have to be strong. Mommy, daddy, and sissy will always love you.
A time to celebrate Hazel’s life will be 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2019, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH (419) 447-2424 and 9-11 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2019, at New Beginnings Assembly of God, 733 N. Sandusky St., Tiffin, OH.
Her funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2019, at the church with Pastor Rex King officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Bascom.
