Paul ‘Luke’ Hardesty
Paul “Luke” Hardesty, 56, of Sevierville, Tennessee, and formerly of Tiffin, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at his home.
Luke was born Jan. 5, 1962, in Pennsylvania, to Naomi “NoNo” Hardesty. He married Kelly (Gill) Hardesty March 19, 1989, and she survives.
Survivors also include his two children, Cheyenne Layne Hardesty and Cole Lucas Hardesty and a granddaughter, Halo Layne Johnson, all of Sevierville, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his mother, “NoNo” Hardesty; a sister, Melinda Miller; and a nephew.
Luke was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. He was employed at Ameriwood Industries in Tiffin for more than 27 years prior to moving to Tennessee where he was employed by Kroger Co. Luke was a lover of all things motorized, especially Harley Davidson motorcycles. He loved to enjoy the peace and quiet on his back porch with the love of his life, tinker and work on projects with his son, share life advice with his daughter and play with his granddaughter. Luke never met a stranger or someone he couldn’t strike up a conversation with and share stories of times past. He had a love for life, his family, friends and the outdoors.
