Man sentenced to 4 years in prison
A man was sentenced to four years in prison on drug-related charges during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.
Paul A. Courtney, 28, entered written negotiated pleas of guilty to charges of possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence, third-degree felonies; five counts of trafficking in cocaine, three fourth-degree felonies and two fifth-degree felonies; and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony, according to court records.
Kelbley sentenced Courtney to four years in prison, with credit for about 140 days served, according to court records.
Courtney must pay fines totaling $860 for Seneca County Drug Task Force – METRICH Enforcement Unit.
