Fostoria woman sentenced to community control

A Fostoria woman was sentenced to community control during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff’s courtroom.

Randelle R. Castellanos, 34, had pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, and admitted the crime was committed in the vicinity of a youth.

Shuff ordered her to serve three years of community control, according to court records.

Castellanos must complete an assessment and treatment program and undergo weekly drug and/or alcohol urinalysis as directed by Adult Parole Authority, they state.

She also must pay a $120 with the co-defendant.

Woman pleads guilty

A Sycamore woman pleaded guilty to charges during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.

Danni R. Warner, 33, entered written negotiated pleas of guilty to charges of complicity to safecracking, a fourth-degree felony, and complicity to breaking and entering and complicity to theft, fifth-degree felonies, according to court records.

The case was referred for a pre-sentence investigation.

Man pleads guilty

A Tiffin man pleaded guilty to a drug-related charge during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.

Andrew T. Joseph, 27, entered a written negotiated plea of guilty to a charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, according to court records.

The case was referred for a pre-sentence investigation.
