Grand jury hands up indictments
Several people were indicted by a Seneca County grand jury.
Nicholas C. Lacourse, 29, was charged with failure to provide notice of residence address change and failure to periodically verify residence address, first-degree felonies, court records state.
He was indicted Jan. 23 and was served his charges Wednesday afternoon by Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Lacourse previously had been convicted of rape, a first-degree felony, court records state.
Separately, Brandon J. Crowe, 37, was charged with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. The alleged offense involved a cellphone, court records state.
Also, Justin A. Gephart, 31, and Krystal M. Gephart, 30, were charged with theft, a fifth-degree felony.
Their charges involved property belonging to Walmart, court records state.
