Drug-related search warrant executed Friday
FOSTORIA — The Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH unit and officers from Fostoria Police Department executed a drug-related search warrant in Fostoria Friday evening.
The task force executed the warrant at 430 North Main St., Apartment 2, the residence of Nichole Hernanandez, 33, and Marquis D. Brown, 33, both formerly of Toledo, according to a release.
The warrant, signed by Judge Jay Meyer of the Seneca County Common Pleas Court-Juvenile Division, unveiled money, suspected crack cocaine, marijuana, criminal tools and evidence of drug trafficking, the release states.
The release states additional charges of trafficking crack cocaine, permitting drug abuse, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of criminal tools are all pending on Hernanandez and Brown upon the conclusion of the entire drug investigation and the return of the lab analysis of the substances discovered inside the residence at the time of the execution of the search warrant.
