Jacquelyn M. Matthews, 35, entered a written negotiated plea of guilty to a charge of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, according to court records.
Fostoria woman pleads guilty
A Fostoria woman pleaded guilty to a drug-related charge during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.
Brittany A. Leimgruber, 27, entered a written negotiated plea of guilty to a charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony, court records state.
The case was referred for a pre-sentence investigation.
Bellevue woman to undergo 3-year period of rehabilitation
A Bellevue woman is to undergo rehabilitation.
Kelcey M. Dendinger, 26, entered a written plea of guilty to a charge of illegal processing of drug documents, a fourth-degree felony, court records state.
Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff found she met the criteria for intervention in lieu of conviction.
Dendinger is to undergo a three-year period of rehabilitation and was placed under the control and supervision of Seneca County’s drug intensive probation officer.
She must complete any mental health counseling program, complete a substance abuse rehabilitation assessment and treatment program and undergo random drug and/or alcohol urinalysis as directed by the probation officer, court records state.
Tiffin man indicted
A Tiffin man was indicted by a Seneca County grand jury.
Edward R. Tucker, 55, was charged with permitting drug abuse and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies, court records state.
