Man sentenced to 17 months in prison
A man was sentenced to 17 months in prison during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff’s courtroom Tuesday.
A court spokeswoman said Sebastian H. Patrick, 26, pleaded guilty to two counts of failure to provide change of address, both fourth-degree felonies.
Shuff sentenced Patrick to 17 months in prison, with credit for 90 days already served.
Seneca County Prosecutor’s Office would not object to a timely filed motion for judicial release if he enters and completes CROSSWAEH, the court spokeswoman said.
Patrick would be eligible for release after serving 30 days in prison.
