Water main break | Advertiser-Tribune A crew works at the scene of a water main break at Perry and Benner streets in Tiffin Tuesday afternoon. Benner Street was closed, and one lane of Perry Street was restricted. Aqua Ohio and city of Tiffin personnel responded, and the work continued Tuesday evening.
