Man admits he violated judicial release
A Fremont man admitted he violated the terms of his judicial release.
Keith A. Wagner Jr., 30, admitted the violation during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom, court records state.
His judicial release was continued.
Wagner must complete a medication-assisted treatment program through Rigel Recovery Services as well as any recommended treatment program and undergo drug and/or alcohol urinalysis as directed by Adult Parole Authority, court records state.
Wagner had pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony. He was sentenced to 24 months in prison and was granted judicial release in August 2016, court records state.
