Man admits to breaking and entering, theft
A man admitted Wednesday afternoon he trespassed into buildings and stole items.
Cody J. Graham, 24, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaking and entering and six counts of theft, all fifth-degree felonies, during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.
The joint sentence recommendation is he serve a three-year term of community control and spend 90 days in Seneca County Jail, with credit for 41 days served.
He would undergo random drug and/or alcohol urinalysis, complete a CROSSWAEH program and pay restitution totaling $2,725 to three victims.
The case was referred for a pre-sentence report, and sentencing was scheduled for Jan. 24.
Graham had been accused of trespassing in unoccupied buildings at 456 Monroe St. and 392 S. Washington St. Oct. 20.
The thefts occurred Aug. 3, Oct. 11, Oct. 26 and Oct. 27. He was accused of taking a credit card and a Dell laptop, according to his indictments.
