Woman to serve community control
A Bucyrus woman was sentenced to community control during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff’s courtroom.
Trina M. Hayward, 30, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft from a person in a protected class, a fifth-degree felony, and Shuff sentenced her to three years of community control.
Hayward must complete individual therapy and group counseling for mental health and chemical dependency through Zepf Center or Firelands Counseling and Recovery Services as directed by Adult Parole Authority, court records state.
She also must continue psychiatric treatment through Zepf Center or as directed by APA and undergo bi-monthly drug and/or alcohol urinalysis as directed by APA, they state.
Hayward must pay restitution of $50 to Cashland.
