Indictment dismissed | Advertiser-Tribune A Tiffin man's indictment was dismissed by Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley. James Y. Maire, 42, had been charged with domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. Kelbley granted Seneca County Prosecutor's Office's motion to dismiss the indictment, court records state.
