Man sentenced to community control
A Tiffin man was sentenced to community control during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff’s courtroom.
Orlando G. Carter, 52, had pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies.
Shuff sentenced him to three years of community control and 90 days in Seneca County Jail, with credit for 89 days served.
Carter must complete a substance abuse rehabilitation assessment and treatment program and undergo twice-monthly drug and/or alcohol urinalysis as directed by Adult Parole Authority, court records state.
He also must pay a $200 fine to Seneca County Drug Task Force — METRICH Enforcement Unit.
Man pleads guilty
A Tiffin man pleaded guilty to a drug charge during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff’s courtroom.
Wade D. Bogard, 32, entered a written negotiated plea of guilty to a charge of complicity to trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony, court records state.
The case was referred for a pre-sentence investigation report.
Man admits breaking and entering
A Tiffin man pleaded guilty to a charge in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.
Kyle H. Krueger, 36, entered an oral negotiated plea of guilty to a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, court records state.
The case was referred for a pre-sentence investigation.
School reunion set
Melmore Alumni School Reunion is June 3 at Harmony United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 6487 SR 19 (CR 19 and CR 6, Eden Township). The social hour will begin at 4:30 p.m. with dinner at 5:30.

School board to gather
Tiffin City Board of Education is to meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Tiffin Middle School, 103 Shepherd Drive.
Riehm Farm to host Father’s Day dinner
Riehm Produce Farm is to host a Farm-to-Fork Dinner June 18 at the farm, 7244 SR 53.
According to a news release, guests can go on a guided tour-wagon ride throughout the event and casual dress is recommended.
