Fostoria woman indicted | Advertiser-Tribune A Fostoria woman was indicted by a Seneca County grand jury. Jennifer R. Henderson, 31, was charged with trafficking in cocaine, a fourth-degree felony. The grand jury found the alleged offense occurred within the vicinity of a child, according to her indictment.
