Man pleads guilty | Advertiser-Tribune A Findlay may pleaded guilty to charges in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff's courtroom. Vincent J. Fedele, 34, entered written negotiated pleas of guilty to charges of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, court records state. The case was referred for a pre-sentence investigation.
