Districts get yearly grades | Advertiser-Tribune Ohio Department of Education released its report cards for schools Thursday. Vicki Wheatley, superintendent of Tiffin City Schools, said she was proud of everything on the report card. In some cases, she said, the grades look poor, but she knows what is going on in the schools. Wheatley said the district's focus, which is apparent on the report card, is on special education. Officials have added supports, aides and instructional personnel, she said. Wheatley said she is going to assemble the leadership team.
