Cutting a path | Advertiser-Tribune Words such as "amazing" and "beautiful" were common Thursday evening during the first walk on Rock Creek Trail. The trail opened just in time for people who would like to walk, bike, rollerblade or use other forms of non-motorized transportation between the downtown portion of Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival this weekend and the Living History Village at Hedges-Boyer Park. In addition to about 40 people on the official walk, about 20 more were enjoying the newly-paved trail in the early evening.
