Big pull, big draw | Advertiser-Tribune The Ohio State Tractor Pullers Association's tractor pull will hit the grandstand Sunday evening for the fair's last grandstand event. Calvin Staib, a Seneca County Fair director, said the fair board is hoping to have up to 100 participants at the pull, which is to begin at 5 p.m. Admission to the grandstand or infield is $10, he said. "Everyone comes to Seneca County because it's a big pull," Staib said. "We've been in the top three placings for six or seven years now and was listed as the No. 1 pull for the last three years.
