Weeklong retreat to start Sunday at Spirituality Center | Advertiser-Tribune A weeklong retreat, titled "Francis: So Emptied, So Filled," is to begin at 4 p.m. Sunday at St. Francis Spirituality Center, 200 St. Francis Ave. The guided retreat is to focus on the spirituality of St. Francis of Assisi. Themes to be developed include conversion, cosmic fraternity, peacemaking, gospel poverty, the passion of Christ, joy and the evangelical life. It is to include one presentation per day, optional shared reflection, daily liturgy, prayer rituals and individual direction as desired. The director is Sister Edna Michel, OSF.
