Students to compete in math contest
DAYTON – Wright State University is to host the Ohio Mathematics Competition April 12.
Upper-elementary, middle school and high school students can compete for a chance to receive up to $10,000 in renewable scholarship money to attend Wright State.
Similar contests are staged in other states. Winners from each state are to advance to the NMSC headquarters in Washington, D.C.
The contest is of a standard examination. The entry fee is $20 per student if submitted before Saturday. The entry fee is $30 for registration after Satuday or on-site the day of the contest.
