Commissioners to hear about CHIP

Seneca County commissioners are to hear from Seneca Regional Planning Commission Executive Director Jill Griffin about the Community Housing Improvement Program during their regular session that starts at 10 a.m. today.

At 11 a.m., the board is to hear from Jerry Greiner about the New Riegel sewer.

In new business, the board is to discuss:

A supplemental appropriation of $3,500 for the Seneca County Sewer District.

A supplemental appropriation of $15,000 for the Workforce Investment Act Fund.

An appropriation adjustment of $200 within the Revolving Loan Fund.

A resolution establishing the S/O Sexual Offender Registration Fund.

Resolutions hiring James L. Everett and April M. Kramer as temporary county assistant dog wardens, effective Monday.

A resolution authorizing a table of organization and classification plan for the board, effective today.

A resolution setting time, date and place to receive sealed bids for a TR 75 bridge superstructure.

A resolution authorizing the disposal of unneeded, obsolete or unfit county-owned property – 2001 Kobelco excavator and 1993 Case dozer – on behalf of the county engineer.

A resolution authorizing purchase of a 2014 Kobelco hydraulic excavator through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services -Cooperative Purchasing Program on behalf of the county engineer.
